Setup (Go to Breadown)

1 Unstrap unit from pallet Set Roof aside for later use	2 Set wall unit upright on FAA approved pallet Pull side walls outward at hinges Insure wall flaps are inside
3 Fold floor down "Walk" inside floor perimeter to secure Velcro fastening Center unit on pallet and close door	4 Set roof in place on wall unit Pull wall out to engage perimeter groove of roof assembly (see detail) Engage all D-ring fasteners and tighten
5 Engage D-ring fasteners Thread lower strap up through both rings Then bring the strap back down, loop it over the top ring and under bottom ring Pull strap tight	6 Place FAA approved net on ULD Match net length and width with pallet Evenly space anchors and fasten with outside fittings close to corners Use net hooks to take up slack Loosely lash all 4 corners, then tighten and secure with a knot Check tension in several places on each side to ensure tightness

Breakdown

1 Remove net Unknot and unthread corner lashing Release anchors Carefully fold net	2 Remove roof Disengage roof D-ring fasteners Remove roof and fold at proper creases
3 Disengage D-ring fasteners Pull up on lower D-ring to loosen strap	4 Open doors Raise floor to vertical against rear wall, folding in half
5 Fold end walls inward at hinges Lay wall unit onto back as it collapses Straighten wall flaps so unit will lay flat Close door	6 Lay collapsed ULD on pallet Center the wall unit on pallet with doors up Lay roof on top of floor section Strap to pallet
